The 3 pillars of Our Quality Assurance
From raw material screening to finished product quality inspection, Polyking has established a robust quality control system. We mainly focus on the following three major aspects to ensure our bags are of high quality.
Quality Raw Materials Matter
Materials go through strict quality audits before entering our warehouse, with fabrics passing our fabric inspection machines. Polyking can source the right materials from credible suppliers that match the EU’s REACH or California’s PROP65 standards. We also provide test reports per request.
During the Whole Production Process
Attention to Details
Bags and cases will be inspected by our QC staff throughout the production process. From appearance to craftsmanship to specifications, we pay attention to every detail. By doing so, we guarantee that every bag that reaches you have superior quality.
Meticulous Final Test
Before our custom bags leave the warehouse, they pass through a needle inspection machine to prevent any broken needles from staying on the bags and reaching your customers. A dedicated quality control auditor is assigned to each project, checking that the batches pass our appearance, workmanship, and performance standards.
