At Polyking, our goal is to create a process for sampling and producing bags that is as fun, creative, and easy. Whether you have a clear vision of the bag you want or don’t know where to start, our team of bag experts will work with you from concept to creation to help you design and manufacture the perfect custom bag. We are not just a vendor, but your partner.
A dedicated project manager will be assigned to you and he/she will work with you to understand the exact type of bag you want to create and provide suggestions and advice on manufacturing the package within your budget. We will then work with you to turn your unique concept into reality and will provide a pre-production sample for your approval. Once you are satisfied with your custom bag, we will manufacture and deliver your quality-guaranteed bespoke bags!

All of our bags are made from sustainable, eco-friendly materials which meet international standards like PROP 65 and REACH.
Files in AI, EPS, PDF, and PSD formats are welcome.
It would be great if you make sure the file format for artwork sent over is created in a vector-based program. Vectored describes the process of creating paths and points in a program such as freehand or illustrator. The program keeps track of the relationships between these points and paths so that when the image is scaled for different print areas or curved surfaces, the paths are regenerated. These are the best file types to use as they reproduce the most accurately.
During the quoting and proofing stage, our clients sometimes ask us to adjust some specifications on the , whether it’s a color, layout, or a variation of the printing artwork. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine the top half of one design with the bottom half of another.
At these two stages, no matter what the modification is, big or small, we will continue to modify your bag until you fall in love.
We will need your help to submit your colour references. Every colour has a PANTONE Matching System (PMS) reference number. This is a system used throughout the industry to ensure any printer can match colours specified by any designers.
Bags are an everyday necessity for everyone and there is plenty of room for market development. The majority of our clients have sold very well and their customers love our bag products.
All Products made from a natural coconut shell are popular, but not every market is the same. It is best to ask our experienced consultants.
Production
We typically require a minimum order of 200-500 units for custom bags. However, this may vary depending on your unique bag requirements. If you have any questions about minimum order quantities, feel free to give our team a ring.
Making samples takes about 5-7 days and manufacturing your custom bags can take about 25-40 days, depending on the quantity.
We carry a wide range of materials to create impeccable custom bags for your market. Based on your product requirements, we can also source specialized materials, like biodegradable materials and recycled fabrics.
The material choices for the bags are Polyester, Nylon, RPET, Cotton, Canvas, Vegan leather, etc. All of these materials are reusable and eco-friendly. You can see the details in the “Service” menu section.
Simply send us your logo and we can help you choose a suitable option for printing the logo on the bag; or if you already have an idea, you can specify your preferred option. Screen printing, full color printing, transfer printing, embroidery, embossing and foil blocking are available options.

Quick! We pride ourselves on our fast turn-around of quotations as we understand the time pressures our clients are under. Usually you will get a response within a couple of hours, however, we aim to answer all quote requests within 24 hours. For bespoke products, we aim to have accurate costings within 48 hours.
Yes – almost all sessions are customizable. You just tell us what you want and we’ll help you make them a reality.
Of course! We have project managers who are fluent in English and Japanese ready to speak with you. However, due to the time difference, it would be great if you could schedule a call with us in advance before you call.
Your Polyking project manager will follow up with you on the progress of your project and the specific timeline. We also live-stream the production process to you via web video etc.
Of course, we always welcome visits from our clients. We now support online inspection or third party inspection.
In a word, China has a much better industry chain. There may be wholesalers of bags in India and Vietnam, but Polyking can guarantee that our moderate prices can be on par with theirs and our service far exceeds your expectations.
Payment
Price depends on material, construction, size, quantity, etc. Once a project is submitted, upon your quote request, we take your bag project specs (i.e. quantity, material, size, logo) and prepare a quote for you within 1-2 business days.
One thing is for sure, we stand by our reputation for being one of the most moderately priced bag manufacturers in the industry.
Shipping
1) For large quantities of shipment, ocean freight services are widely adopted. The destination of the shipment will be the nearest international seaport. The freight forwarder will arrange for a trucking company to pick up the goods at the seaport and deliver it to the warehouse specified by the client.
2) DHL, UPS, and FedEx are also available for door-to-door transportation of small quantities of goods. These options are more expensive, but the delivery time is shorter.
