The Challenge

This is a Japanese client specializing in the sales of beach supplies, including PVC bags, PVC beach bags and so on. In 2015, they contacted POLYKING to produce 150 types of clear PVC beach bags for them each year, totaling 200,000-300,000, with 150 different printing patterns and color combinations.

Our Solution

POLYKING arranged the production process reasonably during production. Polyking took isolation measures for each product according to the easy dyeing features of the PVC material, to prevent BAG from color shifting and other dyeing problems.

Due to the high volumes and long production periods, this project was a very big test for the management capabilities of most factories. However, this was not a difficult task for Polyking’s excellent and experienced production management team, which built up an experienced project squad for this project and outlined a meticulous production plan. In addition, the project team convened regular internal meetings to ensure that production ran in an organized manner.

Except for arranging the production process reasonably during production, Polyking also pays great attention to making sure the finished products are well stored – we took isolation measures for each product according to the easy dyeing features of the PVC material, to prevent BAG from color shifting and other dyeing problems.
