The Challenge

In 2017, we received an enquiry from an American client, who was looking to develop a range of stylish, easy-to-use bag products and designated us to use environmentally sustainable materials in line with the world’s increasing focus on environmental protection.

Our Solution

Firstly, Polyking worked with the client to design and confirm the style. Given Polyking’s many years of knowledge of the American market, we were able to provide the client with constructive advice on what tests the materials needed to pass, down to the design of the handles and the choice of colors. Secondly, based on the styles the client chose, we compiled a list of 6 environmentally sustainable materials of different compositions for the client to consider and choose from. In the end, both sides agreed that DuPont Tyvek paper and kraft paper were the best choice for everything.

The Results

This case proves once again that Polyking’s expertise in bags is comprehensive – in addition to the use of bags, their construction and the choice of materials, Polyking also has an understanding of the requirements for testing materials and bag products in various countries, and even the market situation of each country.
