Eric has been involved in foreign trade since 1985 and founded Polyking in 2001. Over the past 21 years, Eric has embraced the challenge of designing and manufacturing a wide range of bag products. This is a natural extension of his extensive experience in the industry.
A true workaholic, Eric poured his energy into Polyking from day one. In the company’s first year, he was the sole responder to customer inquiries and often slept only two hours a night. As Polyking grew, Eric remained on the front lines, continuing his six-day work weeks and personally guiding hundreds of people. His deep passion for the bag industry has made both him and Polyking authorities in the field, earning Eric the reputation of a “big brother” within the industry.
Eric’s philosophy revolves around “mutual benefit and cooperation”—a credo he has upheld for over two decades. Polyking isn’t just a vendor; it’s a partner to its clients. This principle of collaboration and trust keeps customers returning time and again.
As co-founder of Polyking, Grace has dedicated herself to the company’s growth for over 20 years, working six days a week with unwavering commitment. Her conscientious care has been key to Polyking’s success.
During production, Grace plays a crucial role, making important decisions on both large and small orders. Her guiding principle is: “We are a team. There is immense power when everyone works toward the same goal.” This team spirit defines Polyking’s culture and work ethic, ensuring every order is handled with the utmost care, providing the best products and service to clients.
In addition to her leadership at Polyking, Grace is now a member of the local CPPCC, where she will contribute to regional development, leveraging over 20 years of experience in running and growing Polyking.
Sissie is the daughter of Eric and Grace, and she has witnessed the growth of Polyking from its very beginning. Growing up with a passion for the foreign trade industry, Sissie was inspired to help the company flourish and succeed.
Before returning to Polyking, Sissie worked at the Public Affairs Department of Walt Disney Company and that of LVMH. These roles shaped her ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with international clients. Known for her quick understanding and collaborative spirit, Sissie excels at helping clients bring their bag product visions to life.
With a major in English Literature and minors in Japanese and Journalism from one of China’s top international studies universities, Sissie is well-equipped to serve clients globally. Her dedication to customer service is reflected in her attention to every detail of the ordering process. Clients frequently praise her efficiency and professionalism, with common feedback being: “Working with you is so easy – I just place my order and can relax,” and “Sissie, I love working with you!”
William joined Polyking right after graduating from university and has been with the company for over eleven years. Throughout his tenure, William has overseen thousands of production projects, ranging from small cosmetic bags to large, rugged outdoor backpacks. His vast experience has turned him into a true expert in bag production, always ready to meet client needs with tailored solutions.
William’s meticulous nature and passion for perfection set him apart. Every order he manages receives his full attention, ensuring that each detail meets the highest standards. For instance, during a production run for a client’s series of makeup bags, William noticed a slight color variation in one small section of the print. He personally worked with the printing department to repeatedly adjust the ink until the color match was flawless. His dedication to excellence and keen eye for detail have earned him high praise from clients across the globe.

Designer & Photographer
Weining Wu joined Polyking as a Designer and Photographer, and his keen eye for detail has made him an invaluable asset to the company. His unique ability to blend aesthetics with functionality ensures that each design not only looks good but also meets the practical needs of production.
But Weining is more than just a creative mind. He is a visual storyteller for Polyking’s clients. His photography captures every detail with precision, allowing clients to see the potential of their product before it even goes into production. His contributions continually help Polyking present its best work to the world.
Wong has been with Polyking for over a decade and is a true materials expert. In 2012, when Wong first joined Polyking, he worked as a sample maker. When he was found to have a deep insight into various materials, he was transferred to the position of purchasing specialist. It is because he also has the experience and skills to make bags, so that he can give advice on selecting the most appropriate material.
Wong and Polyking’s sourcing team has a high level of sourcing capabilities. When the customer has special material requirements, and the common materials on the market can not meet the demand, Wong will lead his team to dig deeper into the market to find materials that meet the customer’s requirements. You name it, we source it.
Purchasing is not an easy task, but Lingnan has always lived up to the expectations. Polyking has a special room for color cards, which is called “library”. This “library” is organized by Lingnan, and she remembers exactly which row or column has the color cards for which material. When a customer asks to see a certain material, she is always the first to find the corresponding color card.
During busy times, Lingnan is responsible for purchasing more than a dozen production orders at the same time. But she always organizes her work in an orderly manner, ensuring that the materials are received punctually and that they meet all standards. It is because of experienced material buyers like Lingnan that production can move forward smoothly.
Jing joined the Polyking family in 2008. Jing’s daily work is to coordinate all production orders and supervise the production progress of each order, ensuring that the goods can be delivered on time to the hands of customers.
Every morning at 8, Polyking colleagues are able to hear a crisp cell phone text message alert. This is the day’s production schedule sent, by Jing, to the work group on time.
Liqun is Polyking’s quality control supervisor. She is bright and cheerful, always with our colleagues. Everyone gave her the nickname “Beauty Ye”.
Once the product on the line into the quality control stage, Liqun and her team will show 200% rigor. “Here the threads are not clean!” “This handheld webbing is a little crooked, need to rework.” Polyking rarely received feedback on quality issues since our establishment. Behind this very high reputation is strict quality control conducted by Liqun and her team.

Once, an urgent order required delivery within five days, Superman worked overnight with his team to complete all the products within a few days. The quality was also praised by the customer. Even if we have to stay up all night to catch up with the work, Polyking does not let up on quality!
Hongcai has been working in the warehouse since she joined Polyking in 2012 and is now the warehouse manager. She is responsible for managing the bag accessories. Whenever a new batch of accessories is sent into our warehouse, the entire Polyking staff receives an email from Hongcai with the details.
We all agree that Hongcai has some kind of magic. Sometimes we need to find accessories produced in 6 or 7 years ago but forget the order number. We just describe the details to her in general and she can find it immediately. The warehouse is like her library, and she is the keeper of it.
Yuanfeng, also joined Polyking in 2012, is mainly responsible for the fabric of the backpacks and the cutting of fabrics. He doesn’t talk much, but he is always diligent and efficient in his work. Under his strict control, each batch of incoming fabrics is of high quality.
